Egg & Cheese Croissant
With having a newborn at home, sometimes I don't have time to make breakfast for myself or my matcha drink. CC's has satisfied Hangry mornings and introduced me to some new favorite flavors to my taste palates. If you like matcha, ask for the Iced Queen Matcha Special drink! It is the best I've had in all of Arizona(and I've been to all 15 counties)
Jambalaya w/chicken, sausage & shrimp w/side salad & french bread
Best ever! Loved the food and the owners are so kind and caring! Love this place!
Blue Velvet Cake
Amazing does not cover what this cake is. I have never experienced such a moist and flavorful combination of flavors.
Fryday Fish
I have been in Phoenix since last July and since moving out here one thing I can say is the food is decent but not what I'm used to. I am from Houston, Texas and though I have a mild allergy to shellfish I LOOOOVE SOUTHERN FOOD. I have been searching high and low for a good catfish spot and every place I was recommended left me disappointed. I was a post about CC's recently opening up but could never make it before 5 because of work so luckily the Fish Fryday special that you all have was available til 7. I came in and was kindly greeted and walked through the menu. But Lord knows I knew what I wanted. I ordered the fried fish and immediately knew I would be back whenever it was available. The taste reminded me of home and almost brought tears to my eyes. Instead I just danced while I ate the food. Yknow the til movements you do when you can't sit still cause the food is so good? The perfect amount of crispy...the quality of the fish. Never been a coleslaw person but mannnnn. BUSSIN. I never eat tartar sauce with my fish so I asked for ranch instead, I honestly think I was still given tartar sauce because it has the pickled relish type stuff in it but I tried it and nowwww I know why people eat it together. I also believe y'all tartar sauce isn't ordinary tartar sauce, it was very good. Was starting to loose my vision cause I hadn't had good food in so long but I can see clear again. I was told the fish is supposed to be a seasonal thing but PLEASEEEE KEEP IT ON THE MENU! Will definitely be coming back.
Breakfast Burrito
It is my absolute favorite breakfast burrito I have ever had !
Grits 'n Greens
Oh my goodness, where do I begin. From the moment we walked in we were greeted by the sweetest host who made amazing hurricanes, but the best was yet to come. The Grits, chicken sausage and collard green was to die for. Sharon , the owner, suggested the shrimp etoufee. OMG. Perfect blend of spices and just a bit of heat, sweet cornbread ( better than mine :/ ) on the side. I think my son ate that roast beef po boy in less than 5 minutes it was so good. Devon came over to meet and greet. He and Sharon are absolutely lovely. Devon treated us to a secret item- it blew our minds. I was with my 3 sons, they were blown away. Devon, please put those wings on the menu! Oh, did I mention the French toast. Drop the mic. CC's is a beautiful gem in downtown Phoenix. Beautiful family and beautiful restaurant. Our new favorite restaurant.
Jambalaya w/shrimp
The Jambalaya was delicious, no skimping on shrimp and the flavors just popped! First time trying CC's on Central, We will definitely be back soon! We also love supporting local family owned restaurants!
Egg & Cheese Croissant
I have eaten at CC's twice and love the food and the service. Will definitely be going back.
